Dittmar Mission & Criteria
Dittmar Memorial Gallery at Norris University Center is an exhibition space and gathering place inviting the 麻豆最新出品 community to meaningfully interact with art from varying perspectives.
Through rotating exhibitions by emerging artists in the Evanston and Chicagoland area, partnerships with organizations and departments across the university, and a permanent collection, Dittmar prompts interdisciplinary dialogue through intentional engagement with the arts.
Please note: we are not able to accommodate international artists at this time.
2025-2026 Exhibition Submissions
2026-27 submissions are now open.
Submitting Your Art
Dittmar Memorial Gallery welcomes submissions through a formal review process. Each May, the submissions committee meets to review submissions and select a season of artists for the following academic year. The submission form will require the following:
- Artist Information
- Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number
- Website (if applicable), Social Media (if applicable)
- Artist Statement (150-300 words)
- Resume or CV
- Proposal Information
- Exhibition proposal (150-300 words)
- 5 high resolution images applicable to the exhibition proposal
- Work list for the images (including title, medium, size, and year)
- Statement of relevance to Dittmar’s mission (150-300 words)
